Here's another post dedicated to one of my favorite art exhibits in the city. It's a collection of nativity scenes made from natural resources from all over the world.
A little shout out to Luke's motherland - carved from wood in Armenia.
And I thought of the Baeders in Burkina-Faso when I saw this creche made of bronze in a monastery in the capital city of Ouagadougou.
And this creche is made of dark indigenous wenge wood in the Republic of Congo.
This is painted wood from Finland. I love the simplicity.
And who knew that gourds could be such an artistic ingredient? Danny and the folks in Peru.
